Accounts
Payable Administrator - Responsibilities include ensuring processor
accuracy, timeliness and compliance with company policies, posting invoices,
check requests, garnishments, tax payments, researching phone calls and
discrepancies, assisting with month end close, assisting with the 1099 process,
and other duties as assigned. Good communication, organizational, time
management, follow-through and detail oriented skills are essential. A
professional appearance and demeanor, and the ability to work effectively in a
fast-paced team environment are essential. Advanced computer skills, including
data entry and expert-level Excel, are required. An Associates Degree and two

Office Furniture - Responsibilities include the loading/unloading of
product, job site preparation and product installation. Construction/mechanical

knowledge of blue print drawings, and skill in the assembly of all electrical
components, all Steelcase systems, and ganging, wall mounting panels, binder
bins, wall boards is required. Must be able to lift 80 lbs., have excellent

Project Manager – This position supports the sales team by project managing the
installation of systems furniture orders.
Responsibilities include establishing labor budgets, checking specs. against drawings, coordinating order entry activities

to completion. This position serves as
the primary contact for customers once an installation is scheduled, and must

Operations
Manager – Responsibilities include
prospecting service sales, overseeing all project management, order
fulfillment, customer service, installation, quality assurance, and
distribution functions (including warehousing, storage, move and shop services,
and used furniture inventory management).
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at
least 5 years of Operations Management experience in the office furniture
industry. A strong work ethic, high
integrity, solid organizational and time management skills are essential. Must have prior experience
in planning, staffing, budgeting, scheduling and billing. Must be able to prepare and accomplish annual
and quarterly written business plans, and have good oral and written
communication skills. Valid driver’s
