Administrative Assistant / CSR - This position will provide high level administrative support for the Operations Team. Responsibilities include labor tracking of operations projects, creating monthly reports, maintaining files, creating and maintaining spreadsheets, compiling budget analyses, verifying contractor invoices, assisting with contractor bidding process, scheduling and deliveries, ordering manpower, and vehicle repair requests, and other duties to support the Operations Team. Director of Sales, Commercial Flooring Division - Director of Sales needed to work directly with our general sales force and flooring sales specialist to introduce and pursue flooring business with existing accounts, new prospects and general contractors. Responsibilities include supervision of the flooring sales specialist, and general sales management activities such as deployment, goal setting, sales coaching, training and performance management. This position will be responsible for achieving divisional sales and gross profit goals, and will manage vendor relationships, including vendor selection and pricing. This position will also be responsible for direct sales management of house accounts and select bids.

Lab Customer Service Representative - Customer Service Representative needed to provide all administrative support to the Lab Team, from project inception through final invoicing. Responsibilities include completion of prequalification and insurance documents, project management letter, contract submission, sales bookings, purchase order generation, invoicing, and other customer-required or project-specific documents as needed.
This position will be responsible for providing a high level of support to Lab sales, project engineering and project management, in a timely manner, to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations. Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office software and expert-level Excel, are required. Strong mathematical skills are necessary to calculate complex contract progress billings. Proven organizational and follow-through skills are required, as are excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will have Accounting and Finance knowledge, specifically debit and credit memos, bookings, backlog, prior period adjustments, accruals and taxes. Ability to work effectively in a team environment is important to this position.
