Installer, Office Furniture - Responsibilities include the loading/unloading of product, product inspection, job site preparation, product installation and job site clean up. Experience with systems office furniture is preferred, but we will consider applicants with comparable experience and mechanical skills. Must possess a complete set of tools, be able to read blueprints and specifications, read and understand delivery tickets and product tagging information, work independently, lift and carry at least 80 lbs., adhere to company dress code and safety procedures, maintain a professional and courteous attitude at all times, and possess a valid driver’s license with a good driving record. VP/Director of Sales - The Vice President of Sales will lead Storr’s sales culture and champion the organization’s sales system. This position will lead efforts to develop, market, and promote Storr's furniture products, dealer services, and workspace design knowledge within and around the Triangle market. The individual in this role will be actively involved in hiring, developing, managing, and coaching current and new sales executives. He/she will ensure success by achieving established sales and other financial goals. The Vice President of Sales will also be responsible for establishing relationships within the Real Estate, Architecture & Design, Construction, Healthcare, and Higher Education communities in order to drive new leads and develop business. Knowledge of the furniture and design industry, an understanding of workspace trends, a proven track record in consultative sales strategies/processes, and prior success in growing business development and account management teams are critical for the position. Five years sales experience in a furniture dealership is recommended for all those interested in applying. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, or equivalent, is preferred.

Sales Account Manager - Healthcare - The Sales Account Manager will develop, market, and promote Storr's healthcare knowledge, products, and services within the healthcare community in Central and Eastern North Carolina. He/she will ensure success by achieving established sales goals. The Healthcare Leader will also be responsible for establishing relationships with Architecture & Design firms that focus on healthcare design and for developing on-going training/development programs for these firms. Knowledge of the healthcare environment, understanding of healthcare trends, a proven track record in consultative sales, and prior success in growing a business development team are critical for the position. Three to five years experience in healthcare sales/office furniture/interior design is recommended for all those interested in applying. Project Coordinator – The project coordinator position is an entry level position that will either support a Customer Account Manager on large accounts and/or have account responsibility for small accounts or individual projects. Design and project management skills are required in this customer service role. Small Business Designer – This position will act as a liaison between sales, customers, vendors, and support personnel in order to ensure timely facilitation of procured products and services. The ideal candidate will be able to acquire the necessary resources to complete requests within 24-48 hours. An applicant should possess high level of design, product, and procedural duties. Marketing Intern - Storr Office Environments, the largest contract office furniture provider in the Southeast, is recruiting for a part- to full-time marketing intern who is interested in obtaining a marketing position within a corporation. The individual will be responsible for increasing the effectiveness of Storr’s overall marketing support program. This is a great opportunity to experience working in a contract office furniture environment while enhancing marketing skills. The internship will involve customer bid and proposal creation, customer presentations, signage ordering and placement, and web content updates. The individual will also be responsible for database/CRM assistance, help with multiple events on and off-site, some electronic advertisement creation, and some email newsletter creation. Rising Senior or graduate student preferred.

Accounts Receivable Administrator – Successful candidates will have a track record of proven organizational, time management, and follow-through skills, as well as keen attention to detail. Warehouse Associate - This position is responsible for pulling product scheduled for delivery, unloading all vehicles assigned, and loading all product scheduled onto the appropriate vehicle. In addition, proper disposal of trash, cardboard, and placement of returned product is required. Skills in the areas of organization, and warehousing are inherent to the position. This position is also responsible for receiving pre-sold product into the warehouse, verifying quantities, inspecting for damage, and staging product in bay locations.
